Wii Fit for Christmas
The weather is turning colder. We’re still digesting our Thanksgiving dinner. It’s the time of year that kids all around the world begin asking for all sorts of games and toys. What’s at the top of the list this season? Most likely a Wii bundle.
The Wii Fit is one of the hottest simulation games on the market these days. It’s one of those games that combines real-life facts with a shot of simulation thrown in for good measure.
The challenge right now is finding a wii fit in stock. If you would like to buy one it just not as easy as going to the local big box store and picking one up. The Training modes include yoga, balance games, strength training and aerobics. You actually follow along with your onscreen character and go through various workouts to improve your fitness level. Using various yoga poses you can improve your posture and the fit pad will measure your sturdiness and help you focus.
The virtual caricatures, which are unique to the Wii, represent you as you use the fit board to go through the game. While not always 100% correct the caricature can change its shape as yours changes. It reminds me a little of the SIMS game but this one is much more realistic, even if less game-like, and really draws you in.
