Green Tea – It’s Not Just For Breakfast Anymore
Green tea is popular yummy drink, but it is also packed with all sorts of health benefits. It almost feels like the more we learn about it the more we want to research it to see what other benefits it may provide. This range of health benefits is pretty strong, although there is still a good deal of continuing research working to strengthen many of the claims. But the more I learn about it the more I’m persuaded that I need to find more ways to get a little extra green tea into my daily habits.
Some people believe they aren’t able to consume enough green tea on a daily basis needed to enjoy the health benefits. This is why some people have started taking green tea pills. Such mega green tea pills usually have standardized amounts of EGCG, the powerhouse antioxidant known to supply many of the health benefits of green tea. Since it’s concentrated it’s simple to attain many of the benefits of consuming a couple cups of green tea in pill form.
Mega green tea pills have also become popular because of their potential ability to help with weight loss. While there is proof that green tea might help slightly increase metabolism and aid with thermogenesis (burning fat), mega green tea pills alone won’t help you suddenly shed pounds. But if used with a reasonable diet and exercise regiment mega green tea with hoodia should definitely help give you a boost and help you along with your diet.
Even more, green tea skin care is fast becoming a freshly researched and hopeful subject of inquiry.
In case you are apprehensive about the level of caffeine in green tea pills it’s good to know you can get them in either regular or decaffeinated. But there are some that caution that the caffeine has a synergistic effect when it remains intact in the green tea creating or intensifying some of the health benefits.
